Please read these terms carefully before using the SanadRaha store or placing any order. By completing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1) Scope of Service
✔ SanadRaha offers physical products sold online in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf countries.
✔ All information displayed in the store is for informational and commercial purposes.
2) Prices and Taxes
✔ Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) if the Saudi Arabia market is selected.
✔ The price includes tax unless otherwise stated.
✔ The store reserves the right to modify prices at any time. This does not affect previously confirmed orders.
3) Payment
✔ Payment is processed via secure electronic payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, and Mada.
❌ The store does not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
4) Shipping
✔ Order processing time: 3–5 business days.
✔ Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days maximum. ✔ All shipments are sent with a tracking number that will be sent to the customer via email.
5) Return Policy
✔ The customer can request a return within 14 days of the date of receipt, according to the return policy.
✔ In case of a product defect or shipping error:
We will resend the order free of charge.
Or issue a full refund, according to the customer's preference.
6) Usage Responsibility
✔ The store is responsible for ensuring the product matches the displayed description.

Damage resulting from misuse
Or from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
7) Intellectual Property
✔ All images, texts, and designs in the SanadRaha store are protected.
❌ Copying or using them without permission is prohibited.
8) Terms and Conditions Amendment
✔ The store reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time in accordance with the regulations in force in Saudi Arabia and Germany.
